"Magick, Myth, Music, and Mayhem" is a multi-approach program
looking at the Medieval, Renaissance, and Tudor English eras.
It touches on Greek, Roman, Persian, Chinese, and other
civilizations that contribute to understanding the 6th - 16th century European viewpoints.
We successfully present one hour - one grade, school assemblies, or
all day living history events built around "Magick, Myth, Music, &
Mayhem".
Magick -- most students think like medieval minds and don't use too much scientific thinking. What you see with naked eye is what you know. Order of universe.
Music -- instruments singing, bardic, courtly education
Myth -- literature, poetry, language, historical memory
Mayhem -- armor, technology, thinking, chivalry, warriors, weapons, fighting styles, swords, schani, guns, archery
Other -- class structure, clothing and fashion, heraldry
Entertainment provided -- magic show, science show, armor & weapons show, musical show, costume show
Look at history from many other viewpoints beyond dates, names, battles, etc.
